G&S celebrated 25 years in business this year, and we are very fortunate to have three employees who have been with us from the beginning, which is a rare sight. They have shown resilience, loyalty, and all fulfilled a role in the success of G&S Engineering. A huge congratulations goes to Malcolm Hay, Rodney Fleming and Graeme Jackson on 25 years’ service with G&S.
We have a lot of talented people in our business, and it is our people on the ground, making us the partner of first choice for our clients. The Senior Leadership Team introduced three additional awards this year to acknowledge individual efforts and their contributions to the company.
Earlier in the year nominations opened for:
  • The Young Performer of the Year - Awarded to Cameron Owens, in recognition of consistent high performance throughout the year at G&S Engineering.
  • The Mick Crowe Safety Award- Awarded to Wal Birch, in recognition of outstanding and consistent contribution to safety and wellbeing, including a commitment to continuous improvement and to promoting the safety and wellbeing of others as well as themselves at G&S Engineering.
  • Lastly, The Brain Thomas Award - Awarded to Jarvis Menzies, who has demonstrated an outstanding commitment to the G&S Core Values both within the Workplace and Community.
