David has in excess of 36 years’ experience in providing Project, Construction and maintenance management services to the Australian resources sector, culminating in Chief Executive roles at leading multidiscipline Australian Contractors. David has achieved success through the delivery of some of Australia’s largest resource projects in senior management roles as a client and a contractor, providing David with the experience to understand the drivers and outcomes required from both sides. David is passionate about building positive team cultures, that provide the delivery of safe and successful outcomes for all stakeholders.”

Paul Collins

Paul has more than 20 years’ experience in the Australian resources sector across multiple commodities and regions. Having held senior management roles in operations, strategy, commercial and finance disciplines, Paul brings his clients a diverse set of skills and an intimate understanding of what it takes to create a successful, sustainable and enjoyable business environment. Paul is passionate about building and leading successful teams and his ability to collaborate with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds has underpinned his success to date.

Tony Pignat

Tony is a senior executive holding both business and engineering qualifications with more than 30 years of experience in various roles such as company director, regional manager, general manager, operations manager, project director, project manager and business development manager working in various industries including mining, heavy construction, quarrying and construction materials. Tony has a track record of selecting and developing high-performance teams that have achieved exceptional results by matching capabilities with client expectations and the subsequent alignment of the required outcomes.

General Manager - Underground and Logistics
Ian Gray

With almost 20 years’ experience in a variety of general, operations and commercial management roles, Ian’s particular strengths lie in safety leadership, strategic planning, client and partner relationship development and financial and commercial management. With experience in senior Engineering, Mining and Supply Chain Logistics sector roles, Ian brings a diverse skill set and knowledge to the G&S executive team in support of our key objectives of being successful, sustainable and enjoyable.

Lee Sheather

With more than 20 years’ experience in various management roles, more than five years’ experience in engineering construction, maintenance resources industry and more than 15 years’ experience leading teams to deliver the full range of Human Resource Services. Lee’s skills include developing and delivering people strategies, talent management, cultural change programs, leadership development, performance management, learning and development, diversity, recruitment and health and wellbeing. With the ability to develop strong working relationships, Lee’s flexibility and focus on coaching and advising Senior Management and Executive ensure we have the right HR services to achieve business success.

General Manager - HSE
Darren Goergenyi

Darren is an accomplished Health, Safety, Environmental and Wellbeing professional who has over 20 years of experience within various high risk operating environments. He has lead both high profile project teams and entire HSE functions and in these roles has driven a collaborative partnership approach to achieve zero harm as well as operational and client objectives. His skill set is based around a strong knowledge of stakeholder needs and an ability to develop strategies to reduce risk within challenging operational environments. Darren excels at building teams who are valued as trusted HSE professionals who help enable safe, reliable and commercial outcomes.

General Manager Finance - Operations
Deborah Woodroffe

Deborah is a Finance Executive with over 20 years’ experience in the resources (mining and oil & gas), engineering and construction sectors throughout Australia, New Zealand, Africa, Asia and America. Deborah holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Western Australia and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants ANZ (CA).

General Manager – Legal and Quality
Rosemary Nilsson

Rosemary provides extensive experience in the management of legal, commercial and enterprise risk gained in a range of industries over 20 years. Creating solutions to risk and the strength in being able to collaborate with clients to ensure a no gaps approach to contracting risk is Rosemary’s forte with numerous examples of this spanning a client base from the smallest to the largest of client partners. Her experience in various roles across the business allows Rosemary to bring an extensive understanding of the operation and the essence of the company ensuring optimal solutions. Rosemary also manages G&S corporate governance activities and is Company Secretary.
